  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Butter
  • 22.5 tsp Fresh parsley (Chopped)
  • Garlic Cloves (2 cloves minced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Lemon (Lemon slice for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Prepare Cod: Season cod fillets with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish.
