- Lox Salmon (4 oz)
- 3 cup Spinach (1 cup)
- 2 pieces Avocado (1/2 fruit, without skin and seed Avocados)
- 6 tbsp Cream cheese (2 tbsp)
- Lemon (1 slice)
- Alfalfa sprouts (1/8 cup)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
